2025 AGM
SAVE THE DATE – Sunday 4th January 2026 via Zoom.
Don’t forget to vote for 3 National Directors. The vote will close at 11:59 on Sunday 21st December 2025. If you are in the SW or the EM please vote for your choice of Regional Director. The results of the vote will be announced at the AGM.
During the AGM we will be asking members to approve the updated Articles of Association which reflect the restructure approved at the SGM in May. We have also used the opportunity to make some changes:
- Chairman becomes Chair
- Propose reducing the number of days for the election process (reflecting that it is an online process not postal)
- Clarifying who the voting members are
- Added a membership termination clause.

2024 AGM
May 2025 a Special General Meeting was held and a resolution was passed to delay the AGM in preparation for Director Nominations.
