We’re thrilled to announce that Pickleball England has moved to PickleBook – a brand-new platform designed specifically for the pickleball community! After months of evaluating different solutions, we have chosen PickleBook to simplify membership management, enhance club and event organisation, and provide greater value to players, clubs, coaches, and event organisers.

Our initial implementation of PickleBook migrates individual member registrations and club registrations to the new platform. This will ensure a smooth transition for our core membership functions.
Following this, we will continue to enhance PickleBook by adding defined functionality in phases using the agile development process. This approach allows us to develop, test, and refine new features based on user feedback, ensuring that the platform evolves to meet the needs of our members, clubs, coaches, and event organisers effectively.

Q There is no reset password on PickleBook
A Apologies, you should click on forgotten password – this will trigger a reset password to the system which will result in an email with a reset button.
Q I clicked on Forgotten Password but not received the Reset email.
A In 99% of cases this is because the email has gone to your spam folder. If you are accessing your mail from your phone, you may have to log into the email provider account directly to find the email in your spam folder. FYI: IMAP stores emails on the server and syncs all folders (like Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash) across all devices, making it ideal for multi-device access. POP only downloads emails from the Inbox and doesn’t sync other folders, limiting access and folder consistency. If you can’t find your spam folder it could mean that you have set up your email using POP rather than IMAP.
Q My club is no longer on the Club Locator, why?
A If there wasn’t an individual member that we could identify during our data cleansing process, we couldn’t migrate the club over to PickleBook. Every club has to have a registered user that is responsible for keeping the information on the club locator up-to-date. The owner of the club record can set the club up from their individual membership profile OR if they are not a member, they can go to Register Club and the set up process will create an individual member for the Club to be linked to.
Q My club is linked to the wrong person.
A Please email picklebooksupport@pickleballengland.org with the details and let us know the member number of the person who should have the club associated with them as well as the person the club needs to be moved from.
Q My information on PickleBook is incorrect.
A We migrated existing information over but recognise for a lot of people the information relates to when people originally registered for membership. Please edit the information on PickleBook. If you can’t edit the information please reach out to us at picklebooksupport@pickleballengland.org
