*Coaching within club sessions. If coaches are doing individual/group coaching outside of club sessions, they should have Coaching Insurance. PbE Coach members have full Coach Public Liability Insurance.
Important! How to access the Club Insurance
We are currently defining the process for the club insurance. We need to know when your current PLI Club Insurance expires so that we can add you to our policy. You cannot have two policies in place at the same time, so it is important that we only cover you from the expiry date of your current club insurance. If you have taken out either Half Court or Full Court membership and your insurance is due to expire, please email insurance@pickleballengland.org and we will ensure that you have a new insurance certificate. We will be writing to all eligible clubs as soon as the process is finalised.

If you are a new club and you want club insurance but don't want to take up Half Court or Full Court membership (can't think why!)
Meads can still provide a competitive insurance premium for Club insurance.
The cover will be:
£5 or £10million Public/Product Liability (dependant on each clubs needs)
£500,000 Directors & Officers cover
£1 million for Professional Indemnity
£30,000 Personal Accident cover
Meads Sport & Leisure Limited will offer these preferential terms only to Clubs that are registered with pickleballEngland and provide club number on the application form. The terms are subject to a completed Application Form (link below) being accepted by the Underwriters.
