Full Time Professional Pickleball Coach offering coaching tailored to individuals, pairs or teams, at all levels.
Also group coaching sessions, skills & drills sessions, introductory sessions and competitive sessions.

Matthew Skelton - Essex

My focus is on growing the Pickleball community both regionally and nationally. I create a safe space and run coaching/drills sessions based on listening to and observing the level of the player with an
emphasis on continuous improvement, adapting styles, technique and court awareness.
Alongside Jake, we founded Pukka Pickleball to provide social and competitive sessions, coached matchplay and regular opportunities for group or individual practice.
I am DBS Enhanced, Safeguarding and First Aid certified with full Public Liability insurance allowing me
to also take Pickleball into schools and introduce the sport to new generations of players and enthusiasts.
These sessions can cover entire schools or year groups and concentrate on safety, control, teamwork and most of all enjoyment.

Hi I’m Jamie, I’m an enthusiastic pickleball player who loves to watch people grow as players of all ages.
I currently play/coach for Pukka Pickleball in Southend where we run coaching and competitive sessions and also offer 121 for people wanting to improve faster.
Gold and silver medalist in competitions across the country.
Jake Souch - Southend on Sea

Hello, I love pickleball. It’s the only sport I’ve ever played where I can get my kids, my wife & my parents involved and we all have a great time.
Based in sunny Southend on Sea, I co-founded Pukka Pickleball with a good friend. We run weekly matchplay & coaching sessions and I offer 1-2-1, group, singles, family & school coaching sessions.
IPTPA
Pickleball England also recognise the INTERNATIONAL PICKLEBALL TEACHING PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION (IPTPA) qualification. As acknowledged in the Club Instructor workbook some of the concepts in our curriculum are based on IPTPA.
PickleballEngland provides the coaching insurance for IPTPA Coaches listed on the IPTPA website (click button below). Since this is a dynamic list, we can’t list everyone on this page. We also don’t have visibility for which coaches have all the above evidence.
