From the taping of courts by the crew led by Ian Banks; the laying of the roll out court by James Chaudry and his helpers, to Elaine Shallcross’s local helpers that built nets, put out court dividers and anything else to get the venue ready so that recreational play could take place on the Wednesday evening.

Thursday-Sunday you could identify many of the volunteers by the turquoise blue t-shirts.  I have no idea how Phil Posey managed to avoid his picture being taken when he was repairing tape every day as well as volunteering as a Court Monitor.  Everyone that did that role said it was so easy once they got a hang of it and they were instrumental to the schedule staying on track.
