About Me
As a passionate pickleball player and dedicated coach, I am committed to growing this incredible sport and sharing its many joys with players of all levels. I am a qualified Pickleball England Leader and Club Instructor (L1), with aspirations to achieve Coach L2 and L3 certifications as I continue to expand my coaching expertise and involvement in the sport for years to come.
What I Offer
I provide engaging and inclusive coaching sessions tailored to a variety of skill levels:
Taster Sessions for Beginners: Fun-filled introductions to pickleball, focusing on the basics and ensuring an enjoyable first experience.
Beginner to Intermediate Coaching: Guidance on improving technique, developing tactics, and mastering strategy.
Friendly Tournaments: Informal yet competitive games integrated into sessions to help players hone their skills in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Where I Coach
I currently lead pickleball activities at David Lloyd Westbury Bristol, where I coordinate taster, beginner, intermediate, and advanced sessions, as well as organise regular tournaments.
Additionally, I am proud to contribute to Bristol University’s B:active initiative, delivering engaging pickleball instruction to students.
Golden Pickleball
Through my own venture, Golden Pickleball, I aim to make pickleball accessible to the wider Bristol community. I offer sessions at various leisure centres and schools across the area, catering to players of all skill levels. My goal is to establish a thriving, inclusive pickleball community where everyone feels welcome.

IPTPA
Pickleball England also recognise the INTERNATIONAL PICKLEBALL TEACHING PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION (IPTPA) qualification. As acknowledged in the Club Instructor workbook some of the concepts in our curriculum are based on IPTPA.
PickleballEngland provides the coaching insurance for IPTPA Coaches listed on the IPTPA website (click button below). Since this is a dynamic list, we can’t list everyone on this page. We also don’t have visibility for which coaches have all the above evidence.
